This specialised training program is designed for existing and aspiring angel investors who want to acquire or improve their skills in investing in startups. Over the course of four sessions, the participants will cover the full investment process from startup screening to potential exits, supplementing theoretical knowledge with practical exercises.

The program is taught by experienced angel investors and venture capital fund managers who have collectively invested in more than 100 startups. To better understand the other side of the equation, participants will also meet an exited founder who will share his experience in attracting funding and working with angel investors.

The training will be held in person, in Latvian, and in a group of no more than 20 participants. Training materials and recordings will be available the day after each session.

To wrap up the program, participants and speakers will join one of NGL Riga monthly events for networking and reflection. Program certificates will also be handed out during the event.
