Advisors may assist with fundraising preparation, pitch materials, financial modeling, unit economics, cash-flow planning, valuation strategy, and investor relations.

Experience with venture financing, financial planning, hardware/deep-tech capital needs, fintech regulatory finance, and public funding (EIC, Horizon, DIANA, ESA BIC) is highly valuable. Advisors should be able to guide founders through both long-term planning and tactical fundraising execution.
