Startup Board Course
This specialized training program is designed for individuals seeking to become better at corporate and advisory startup boards.
Conducted in Lithuanian, the program is accessible in-person, with slides and recording shared the following day. Our interactive sessions are led by seasoned board members, business angels and advisors, employing a wealth of case studies based on our experiences.
To wrap up the program, participants, speakers, and startups will join a dinner in Vilnius on July 2nd. It will be a relaxed time to network and reflect. Program certificates will also be handed out during the dinner.

Full-day strategic board session
On the 4th session we will organize a full-day strategic board session with a real startup and a board session moderator. The goal is to form a startup board for one day and, together with the startup’s founders, identify the main challenges, set KPIs, and form a strategy. Startup overview will be sent in advance.
